1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using The Whistle (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. About the Service

The Whistle is a football scores information app — showing live scores, fixtures, lineups, stats, and standings. It is not a betting platform and provides no gambling, deposits, withdrawals, or real-money transactions of any kind. The App is free and ad-free.

3. Data Accuracy

Match data is provided by a third party (API-Football) and presented "as is". Scores, timings, lineups, and stats may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data, and the App should not be the sole basis for any decision.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse, disrupt, or excessively load the service (e.g. automated scraping)
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or API keys
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

Team/league names, logos, and crests are the property of their respective owners and shown for informational identification only. Match data belongs to its providers. The "The Whistle" and "Pewarisgroup" marks and designs are ours.

6. Notifications

Kickoff and full-time notifications are optional and depend on third-party services (Google FCM/Expo) and data coverage. We don't guarantee every notification is delivered or on time. You can disable them any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pewarisgroup is not liable for losses arising from use of or inability to use the App, including those relating to data accuracy or notification availability.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in the effective date above. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
