1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the pewaris.dev website or any app published by Pewarisgroup, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. About Pewarisgroup

Pewarisgroup is a software studio based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and is the technology division of the Pewaristoto family. We publish mobile apps on Google Play for everyday needs.

3. Permitted Use

You may use our site and apps for lawful personal purposes. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our app source beyond what's permitted by law
• Use our services for illegal activity or to violate others' rights
• Abuse our infrastructure (attacks, mass scraping, unreasonable load)
• Redistribute our apps as your own

4. Intellectual Property

The Pewarisgroup logo, name, and brand elements are owned by Pewarisgroup. Our app code, interface design, and the content we create are protected by copyright and trademark law.

5. Disclaimer for Information Apps

For apps that provide information (such as Live Draw Pewaristoto, Buku Mimpi, and Primbon): content is provided "as is" for information and reference purposes. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and are not responsible for decisions you make based on the information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pewarisgroup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the site or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, through the competent courts in Jakarta.
